  1. Industry-Specific Compliance

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with applicable laws, including restrictions on counterfeit items, age-sensitive products, or other collectible regulations. Boxy Buddies reserves the right to remove listings that violate applicable rules.

  1. Service Fees

Boxy Buddies charges service fees for transactions conducted on our platform. Details of the fee structure will be displayed during listing creation and checkout, including transaction fees, listing fees (if applicable), and any other processing or service fees. By using Boxy Buddies, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

  1. Listing Fields and Accuracy

When creating a listing, sellers must provide accurate and complete information, including listing type, category and accessory type, item condition, location, photos, and any other details of the collectible. Boxy Buddies reserves the right to edit, correct, or remove listings to ensure quality, safety, and compliance. Listings containing inaccurate, misleading, or prohibited information may be removed without prior notice.

  1. Access Restrictions

Access to Boxy Buddies may be restricted based on geographic location or background checks and verification for certain listings. Users must meet these criteria to use the platform.

  1. User Responsibilities

As a Boxy Buddies user, you agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, follow all applicable laws and these Terms, and treat other users with respect. You may only list items that you legally own and have the right to sell or trade.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Users may not list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items, engage in fraud, harassment, or abusive behaviour, circumvent service fees or attempt to manipulate listings, or use Boxy Buddies for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  1. Termination

Boxy Buddies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Boxy Buddies provides a platform for collectors to buy, sell, and trade items. We do not guarantee the authenticity of items, the completion of transactions, or the accuracy of listings. All payments on Boxy Buddies are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using our platform, you agree that Boxy Buddies is not responsible for Stripe’s service availability or errors, and users are responsible for ensuring correct payment details and confirming transactions. Any disputes regarding payments should first be addressed with the other party, and Stripe’s dispute resolution process may apply. You transact at your own risk, and Boxy Buddies is not liable for losses, damages, or issues arising from transactions between users.

  1. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Boxy Buddies constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
